Another great day in the books eating sugar free! Better yet, Jon and I had a great webinar with folks in the final week of the No Sugar, No Sweat challenge
and some others interested to start when our next challenge starts Feb 6!
I was feeling a little jittery this time around, knowing that there were some people joining the webinar who weren’t in the challenge yet and who I didn’t know. It’s a little vulnerable putting yourself out there like that, but I suppose this current group were mostly strangers to me when we first started too!
But really, it was just as amazing, if not more so than our last webcast. And shout out to Judy who has lost 11 pounds so far and we’re only on day 16!!
Judy, Jennifer, and everyone who’s shared incredible successes so far – that’s the most rewarding part about all of this. We’re having a great time helping people feel great about themselves – getting off sugar and nourishing their bodies with amazing foods. in this case!)
I feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to take a serious passion (good food and cooking) with a healthy lifestyle and transform it into doing something to share with others.
