Whether you’re paleo, lactose-intolerant, sugar-free, vegan, or just looking for a good dose of healthy fats, it can be hard to find something that you can use as a spread or a base to cook with. (Heck, I’d even eat a spoonful, it’s that good.) But it’s nice to have a coconut oil option if I am indulging in a piece of bread, and to use to cook high-heat foods. Perfect for potatoes, veggies, this is a staple in my household.
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together thoroughly with a spoon.
