For me, chocolate + raspberry = love
You’ll probably notice it’s one of my favorite flavor combinations – I have two chocolate and raspberry recipes in my latest Dessert Cookbook and here’s another one that is super easy, delicious, with some awesome fats and protein from the avocado!
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup raspberries
- Peel and remove the seed from the avocado, and add to a food processor with the remaining ingredients.If using frozen raspberries, thaw before adding to the food processor. Blend until smooth, and serve with a few extra raspberries for garnish.If you find it's too bitter for your taste, (depends on how sweet your raspberries are!) add honey or stevia for preference.
