It’s amazing for wrinkles, bone and joint support, reduce cellulite… so hey, why not cook with it!
It has some gelatin like tendencies, so it can work well for a jelly or pudding like substance.
With the combination of chia seeds and collagen, this dessert is actually good for you!
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp raw organic honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp hydrolyzed collagen
Begin by adding the dry ingredients into a bowl, then adding the honey and coconut milk, whisking thoroughly until combined. Cover with cling wrap and let sit overnight in the fridge, or for 8 hours.
To smooth the chia seeds (those things can be bothersome when you're eating) add to a food processor and blend on high until smooth. The mousse will be nice and thick at this time. Enjoy!
