This is an option if you need something to eat while watching the big game… or if you’re like me and just really love buffalo sauce!
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split to wingettes and drummettes)
- ½ cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Preheat oven to 425. Split the chicken wings into wingettes and drummettes. Put the chicken in a large bowl, and pour in the hot sauce, tossing to ensure all of the wings are covered. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place the wings on the baking sheet. Cook until the wings get nice and crispy, about 45-50 minutes. Serve with a side-salad or vegetable of choice.
