For those used to having yogurt in the mornings, unsweetened coconut yogurt is the perfect substitute. To make up for the protein, add protein power for a packed punch.
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving of your fruit of choice
- 2 tbsp (or as desired) of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ cup of nuts (optional)
In a bowl, add 1 cup of the unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt. Add the protein, cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice (I like both!) and mix in. Add more cinnamon and/or pumpkin pie spice if desired. As long as you’re not using cinnamon sugar, you can have as much cinnamon and spices as you want when cooking. (Except salt, but hopefully you’re not using that here!) Mix in your fruit – fresh or frozen works just fine – and add nuts if desired. Enjoy!
