This is a classic choice for me and my personal go-to dressing. I love to use this either for salads or even as a marinade for steaks.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 clove crushed garlic
Combine all ingredients into an empty dressing bottle or mason jar. Screw the top on tight and shake up. When the ingredients combine, do a taste test - if you like a little more tang add more vinegar. To tone down, add water.
