Yesterday our New Years’ Resolution crew who began a No Sugar, No Sweat Challenge had its 21st day and for some, today was the first day they were allowed to eat sugar and processed foods.
Amazingly, I wasn’t the only one from the group who didn’t feel inclined to indulge in anything!
So many members from our team shared they didn’t crave anything anymore, and were just going to continue on eating this way! (Even I didn’t have that willpower after my first 21 days ever!!)
This truly shows the power of this program that ends all yo-yo dieting forever! So many diets give you substitutions to so called “healthy” foods (insert your favorite 100 calorie pack food or fat free item here!) and this just changes everything. Instead you eat REAL food that substitutes what you’re looking for. No subbing processed foods for other fortified processed foods here.
And the results really are amazing. Judy, who has been one of the most active members on our Facebook community, shared that she lost a total of 13lbs and 9.5 inches during her 21 days on the challenge (P.S. she’s one of the ones that’s still going strong beyond the 21 days!)
That’s right, I said 9.5 inches!!!
